Albanians outside the territories of political administrative Albania have consistently sought the attitudes to crash Dayton conference which denies the right to self-determination of Albanians outside the administrative territories of as it is called “Administrative Albania”.
To fulfill such a request of national unity, the Albanians fought with Western Balkan Slavic nations.

The bloody wars of the late twentieth century occured during; 1998 – 1999 Albanian-Serbian war in Kosovo. 1999 – 2000 Albanian-Serbian war in eastern Kosovo (Presevo Valley) 2000 – 2001 Albanian-FYR-Macedonian war in Former Yougoslav Republic of Macedonia.
Thre of whose were betrayed by its political leaders, which has resulted in the further cleavage of the ethnic Albanian territories, and as a result has caused the displacement of the civilian population of Albanians seeking a better life to the west and of Serbs seeking to change the demography of the population, a project of the Academy of science of the Republic of Serbia.
However, as a result of international political factor interventions, albanian politicians who lead the wars of the Albanians, agreed to abandon their desire for national unity. For now, the Albanian political class is more divided than ever in the Western Balkan political scene.
Apart from the political class division of a nation, with the a same blood and a background, it is also interesting the fact that the regional political scene in the South East of Europe, already have one nation with two governments, two parliaments, the two presidents who speak to testify and prove their commitment to integrate their Albanian originated countries into the European Union. Will European Union accept a nation with two parliaments, the two governments and two presidents to join its political mechanisms remains to be seen in the coming years.
Either way, I wish the best of the rest to the Albanian people for the 101st anniversary of the declaration of independence of the Albanian state on November 28, 1912.
