After European Union Mission Rule of Law in Kosovo reaction against its former British prosecutor Ms. Mariah Bamieh, she slammed the EU bureaucracy once again. EU refused to recognise her legal commitment to fight organised crime in Kosovo, therefore it opens documented allegations that the mission against the crime, turned to be the one that is supporting the crime. The revelation of NATO secret files and several other legal value evidences from the international News Media Organisations clarify that international community and its law enforcement have had extensive knowledge for the organised crime at country’s public administration. However, Ms Bamieh, which slams her corrupted administration whom she worked with writes once again and here is what she said:
I am not in Kosovo, but I am aware of everything that is going on with EULEX, including what they stated in yesterdays press to the people of Kosovo. I am concerned that EULEX is now predicting the out come of their so-called limited investigation, namely a finding Florit being pronounced as innocent. Well he may be, but EULEX seems to have predicted this in advance with their press release. If they really think they will get out of this mess that way then they have to think again, a cover will not work as many people are now looking into the activities of Ratel Novotna and Florit including other EU organizations and investigative journalists The truth will be revealed no matter how hard EULEX tries to hide it.

In this press release you once again mislead the people of Kosovo. They will have more trust in EULEX, if EULEX was honest with them. You are not investigating Jaroslava or Ratel neither of these individuals have been suspended or investigated.
You have no whistle-blowing rules internally then and now. Late in 2013 you created a system to report corruption this was not available to me in 2012. Furthermore you have no provisions to protect a staff that complains. You have a duty to protect staff who report please tell the Kosovo public how you have exercised this duty from 2012 to date. Regarding my case was having Jaroslava Novtona sitting on my panel how you protected me? Were Andrew Hushes and Danillo her staff members and her close friends sitting on my panel how you protract me? What hope does anyone have to report corruption when you crucify the messenger and offer no protection what so ever?
Yes there is a task force, which began work a year after I complained of corruption!! Please tell the Kosovo public why it took a year to investigate? . I complained in 2012 In 2012 no one seized the computers of Francesco Florit or Jaroslava, no one took their diaries, checked their phones. It was only after persistence by the police and myself that you launched the investigation into Florit and what a halfhearted effort that has been.
The investigator is under the line management of Ratel and Jaroslava With Matts in overall charge. How can he properly investigate when the issues cross and merge between Florit and Jaroslava? Please inform the Kosovo Public why the investigator is under the chain of command of Ratel, Jaroslava and Matts Mattsen. Further Matts met with Florit and gave him confidential data from the investigation.
Ask yourself this question why is it that Jonathan Ratel blocked all cases which involved SHIK? Why has a colleague who worked on the Ghost team had to leave Kosovo with nothing but the shirt on his back? Don’t pretend, be honest and you will achieve a lot more.
IF you came forward and said mistakes were made but we are looking into this and will improve the service we provide. Please trust EULEX you would have had more credibility, but lying to the public does not serve you well and stinks of cover up. Deal with the issues; don’t hide them, as you will be found out.

Facts about the Tolaj case Bukoshi changed his defence three times during the trial in the end his lawyer Mr. Berisha claimed this was not his client but his fault!! Defence lawyers are not supposed to make up defences for their clients. Mr. Bukoshi was and is a close personal friend of the Head of Mission Brent Borchardt. And was at Brochardt’s leaving parties. !!

Kosovo is locked in a territorial dispute with the Republic of Serbia since it declared its independence on 17 February 2008. Belgrade continues to claim it as part of its sovereign territory. Around 100 countries out of 193 members of the United Nations (UN members) have already recognized Kosovo’s independence.
Is it possible that Kosovo is in the hands of the local and international political mafia, possibly backed by some United States and EU diplomats?
